How do I export the cut list to Excel?
Cutting list and plan · Last updated:
Short answer
Open the Cut List window with the Production › “Cut” button on the ribbon (Alt + F), press “Export to Excel” at the bottom and save the file. It downloads as .xlsx; sizes and quantities come in as numbers, so you can sum and sort them in Excel.
Step by step
- Open the project and press the “Cut” button in the Production group of the ribbon (Alt + F).
- In the Cut List window, choose the “List” tab; parts are listed cabinet by cabinet, with parts of the same size on one row.
- Press “Export to Excel” at the bottom of the window.
- Choose a location in the save dialog; the file is saved with the project name as “-kesim-listesi.xlsx”.
Exporting from the “List” tab gives a single sheet: Cabinet Name, Part Name, Material, Length, Width, Thk., Qty and PVC. From the “Board”, “Module” or “Quote” tab, the file has three sheets: Cutting list, Assembly sheet and Quote. For panel saw software, choose CSV or XML from the “Export with Profile…” menu.
