2. Main characteristics of the product

moducut is desktop software for Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit) that combines furniture drawing, cut lists, nesting, G-code and CNC output, part labels, assembly templates, hardware lists and cost analysis in a single program.

• 1-Year Plan: all features, one year of use.
• Lifetime Plan: all features, perpetual use.

The license is valid on the single computer on which it is activated. Before purchasing, you can try the program free of charge with all features for 7 days.

3. Price and payment

Prices: 1-Year Plan $299 per year, Lifetime Plan $1,249 one-time payment. Prices are in US dollars and no VAT is added; the price shown is the total amount you pay. The price of the plan you choose and the number of licenses are communicated to you before the agreement is concluded. As delivery is electronic, there are no shipping or delivery costs.

Prices are in US dollars. We agree the plan and the payment method with you over WhatsApp, e-mail or the contact form before payment; you pay by international bank transfer.

4. Delivery

The license is created for the computer on which you installed the program and started the trial. After your payment is confirmed, the license code and an activation code specific to that computer are sent to you via WhatsApp, e-mail or phone; this may not exceed 30 days from confirmation of payment. An internet connection is required to enter the codes in the program.

5. Compatibility and technical protection measures

The program runs only on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit); it does not run on Mac or mobile devices.

• The license is bound to a machine ID generated from your computer’s hardware identifiers; it does not work on another computer.
• An internet connection is required when the program is first opened and at regular intervals to verify the license. If the license cannot be verified for a long time, the program locks until a connection is established.
• The program locks if the computer’s clock is set back, if the license is revoked, or if use on the computer is suspended.
• The program sends information to our license server for licensing and support; details are in the Privacy Policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of the day the license codes are delivered to you, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, subject to the exception below.

License codes are intangible goods delivered instantly in electronic form. Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. This exception applies only if you expressly consent to performance beginning immediately before the codes are delivered to you and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. If you do not give this consent, your right of withdrawal remains intact.

You can send your withdrawal notice in writing or by e-mail (destek@moducut.com) within the period. If you withdraw, the license is deactivated and the amount you paid is refunded within 14 days of the date your withdrawal notice reaches us, using a method appropriate to the payment method you used and at no cost to you. If you purchase the license for commercial or professional purposes, for example on behalf of your workshop or company, you are not a consumer within the meaning of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection. In that case, the rights granted to consumers by the Law and by the Distance Contracts Regulation (including the right of withdrawal) do not apply, and disputes are governed by the general provisions of law.

If you are a consumer, you may apply (also via e-Devlet) to the consumer arbitration committee where you reside or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the consumer court for disputes exceeding those limits. Where required by law, applying to a mediator is a precondition for filing a lawsuit in the consumer court.

8. Approval

The agreement is concluded after you confirm that you have read and accepted this form and the Distance Sales Agreement. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice.
