How do I change a module’s size?
Drawing and modules · Last updated:
Short answer
Right-click the module and choose “Cabinet Properties”; in the panel that opens on the right, type Width, Height and Depth in mm and press “Save”. With dimensions shown, you can also click a dimension label in the 3D view to change it.
Step by step
- Right-click the module in the room and choose “Cabinet Properties”; Cabinet Properties opens as a floating panel on the right. “Features” instead opens the properties of the part you clicked.
- In the Dimensions section of the panel, type Width, Height and Depth in mm; the module changes in the 3D view right away.
- If needed, set the plinth or leg height in the same window.
- Press “Save”; if you close the panel without saving, the dimensions go back to what they were.
- Quick way: with View › “Dimensions” on (Alt + D), click a dimension label, type the new value and press Enter; Esc cancels.
To change several modules at once, select them with Ctrl and right-click; “Features” then opens the Bulk Edit panel. The cut list updates to the new size on its own.
