How do I add a corner cabinet?
Drawing and modules · Last updated:
Short answer
Press Modules › “L Corner” (Alt + L) or “45° Corner” (Alt + 4) on the ribbon. The corner module opens in design mode; type the side lengths and press “Export” to add it to the room.
Step by step
- On the ribbon, press Modules › “L Corner” (base corner cabinet) or “45° Corner” (angled corner cabinet).
- The module opens in design mode. Open “Options” from the rail on the left; on the Dimensions tab, type the “Left side” and “Right side” lengths next to Width, Height and Depth.
- Set the interior, such as shelves and doors, with the tools on the left.
- Press Project › “Export” on the ribbon; the module is added to the room. To back out, press “Cancel”.
- Drag the module into the corner; with Magnet on, it snaps to the wall.
To see where the doors come close to each other in the corner, turn on View › “Door Gaps”; the gaps between doors are shown with dimensions. You can also try it by opening and closing the doors with the “Doors” button (Alt + Q).
