How do I send a door order to production?

Short answer
In Door Design, press “Nesting” in the Production group of the ribbon. The doors are laid out on sheets; you get the G-code from Nesting Results just like in the room. The cut list and barcoded labels are in the same group.
Step by step
- Fill in the order header: press File › “Order” on the ribbon and type the Customer, Project and Mobile.
- Press Production › “Nesting”; Nesting Settings opens with only the door rows.
- Press “Run Nesting”; get the program from Nesting Results with “Save All G-Code” or “Send This Board to Production”.
- Open the list with Production › “Cutting list” and the Code 39 barcoded labels with Production › “Labels”.
- For an order form for the customer, press File › “Print”; for the list and prices, use “Export to Excel” or “CSV”.
The cutters for door patterns are added to the CNC tool list when Door Design opens. Watch the first order in the Cutting simulation and check the cutters.
